Tony Summerlin oversees all aspects of consulting services for Touchstone, a dedicated business unit within SRA focused on helping government leaders develop, launch, and manage their strategies. He develops business relationships and oversees staff development and assignments, proposal generation, client expectations, and the management and delivery of services. His experience includes leading efforts to establish models for implementing e-government initiatives in the federal government.
