Process Improvement

Process improvement is the systematic approach to improving service and products through better streamlining the work that delivers results.  Process improvement begins with understanding the current process through mapping, interviews, and results analysis.  This is followed by developing a model of the future state based on best practices, end-user expectations, and institutional knowledge.  Touchstone uses standard process improvement tools and methodologies coupled with innovative facilitation and interviewing to develop an accurate picture of the current state, define the future state, as well as plan and implement the new process.  We also have an in-house creative services department for innovatively displaying process flows and other deliverables.
