August 2008 – Touchstone’s Leslie Thornton spoke at the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International 74th Annual Conference and Expo in August 2008. Ms. Thornton presented on Touchstone’s E 9-1-1 Strategic Planning and implementation efforts in Virginia.
