KM Managers Role Description
Serve as lead consultant transforming and managing Touchstone knowledge management, knowledge management systems, and collaborative technologies to support and assist Touchstone teams.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement a Touchstone knowledge management strategy while working with leadership on existing knowledge management practices and systems.
Manage knowledge management systems including MS SharePoint 2007.
Support Touchstone teams in providing knowledge management services to their clients.
Touchstone Matters Portal (MS SharePoint 2007)
Provide user support, conduct new hire orientation and team specific training.
Consult with teams to create sites that help them more effectively deliver services to clients.
Conduct ongoing site maintenance and develop new features and capabilities.
Collaborate with users and SME’s on content development of methodologies, best practices and service offerings.
Develop portal content and news and share it with Touchstone through the weekly Touchstone Matters email.
Training
Support Touchstone’s Talent Development activities by coordinating training events, managing participants and preparing materials.
