Facilitation
Nothing is harder in today’s complex work environment than aligning team members around an organization’s goals. Equally tough is getting true buy-in and commitment from the organization’s stakeholders. Multiple failed attempts to enact change or take on the hard decisions can lead to stagnation of progress, opening the door for naysayers to sabotage change efforts.
Touchstone provides specially trained facilitators to work with leaders and stakeholders to successfully drive groups through difficult decision-making efforts, revive a group’s sense of purpose, ignite stagnant energy and create all-important alignment around goals.
Commonly, facilitators function as “agenda managers” or “hall monitors” – tracking time, enforcing the agenda, and assuring that everyone participates. It’s a good start, but Touchstone insists on much more. Touchstone develops a deep understanding of the issues with which our clients grapple. As a result, meetings are rich in substance - creating more productive results and more satisfaction among participants. Touchstone creates an environment where conversations are real but safe, information is secure, cutting edge group decision-making principles and technologies are strategically employed and the mood is positive.
Agenda managers or hall monitors? Not Touchstone.
